The MDAQMD Staff and Sludge Dumpers keep telling us that the Sludge will never blow . We know better. Storage for 2 years in piles up to 50 feet tall. Windrows 1000 feet long, 30 feet across and 15 feet tall. THEY SAY IT WILL NEVER BLOW.
