Here is another issue to worry us and yes they had a meeting and informed us of this issue May 3rd 2006. Problem was that no one knew so no one went. Get on the mailing list. Another reason Hinkley needs a CSD. So we can have funds to help watch for these issues before they comprimise our health. View the small maps here, but download the PDFs to print. I think PG&E should pay for, instal and maintain a filter system at Hinkley School. Someone should. And NOW is not soon enough. Please help keep ourselves informed so the community can know the truth and facts. I have been speaking with PG&E. They seem to be working to fix their Chrome-6 issue. They also seem to want to be good community neighbors. We must help them by showing them that we are willing to listen objectivly to their plans. They can help us protect our children and future of Hinkley. We must be wary, but open to discussion with them. Lets get Lahonton to hold another meeting so we can all be informed of their efforts. We could also ask them for help at that point. Not just to clean up their problem, but to help us make Hinkley a better place for all. Dont get mad if you missed the meeting, get on the mailing list and stay informed.
